• Orders are processed Monday through Saturday by local florists using local delivery methods. No deliveries will be made on Sundays.
• All orders received after 3:00 p.m. (local time) will be processed the following business day.

Ordering

• To ensure same-day delivery, the order must be placed before 12:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday in the recipient's time zone (major holidays excluded).
• Orders for Monday morning delivery must be placed by 12 p.m. on Saturday. Orders for Tuesday through Saturday morning delivery must be placed by 6:00 p.m. the day before.
• Additional delivery charges may be applied if the recipient's address is located a significant distance from the nearest florist. The extra delivery fee will not be processed without your prior approval; you will be contacted to confirm.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Heartfelt Sympathies prides itself on the efficient processing and delivery of all products. All orders are processed immediately upon receipt. For this reason, Heartfelt Sympathies is unable to allow changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.
