Our sincerest condolences to you, Eva and your entire family. Ben was a dear friend and "my Barber" for over forty years! What great fun we had at "Hollis Barber Shop" with Hollis, Cox, Emory, and Ben, settling all the worlds problems! (And they say "only women" 'gossip' in beauty salons!) Ben always gave me the "business" for not tipping him, so one day I told him he had given me a "decent" haircut for the first time and gave him a dollar tip! On my next visit, I saw it framed and hanging prominently on the wall, where it remained until he retired. Ben was accomplished in many ways: his art, his profession; but, most in his talent for interacting with his fellow man. God love you, Ben, you'll be missed.
